What do the small lambdas on varsity helmets represent? Well, let me tell you. The small black lambda decals are earned by academic achievement (4.0 GPA or higher - 5, 3.75 to 4.0 - 4, 3.50 to 3.74 - 3, 3.25 to 3.49 - 2, 3.0 to 3.24 - 1). Positive emails from teaching staff or opposing coaching staff and lifters of the week in the weight room will also earn a small black lambda. The small white lambda decals are earned through on field performance on game night. Earning 15 of the smaller "pride stickers", baby lambs as the boys refer to them will also get a player’s black tape pulled.
